Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders.

Processing: orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Delivery: most orders arrive within 4–9 days of shipping. A small number take up to 14 days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link as soon as your order ships.

Tracking your order: your tracking number is created when your order ships, not when you place it. Until your shipping confirmation email arrives, our Track Your Order page won't find your order yet. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong. After the email arrives, please allow 2–5 days for the carrier's first scan to appear. You can then follow your parcel using the link in the email, or on our Track Your Order page with your tracking number.

Not arrived? If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of shipping, email support@furevernear.store and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
